TIANJIN ZHENXIANG STRIP PROCESSING CO., LTD, covering about 150000 square maters, which one of the five wholly-owned subsidiaries of Nanxiang Group. The number of our staff is more than 1000. At present, we own 46 sets of flat bar production lines, together with angle bar, suqare bar, steel strip/coil, steel billets. Daily output is 3000 tons. We are the biggest base of processing steel flat bar in China .

FAQ

1. Q: Are we a factory or trading company?

A: We own three factories. First one is for hot rolled steel products: like HR steel flat bar, angle steel, steel channel, HR coils ect. Second one is slitting factory: like the slit flat bar, frange plate, slit coils ect. One is for galvanizing factory: like GI flat bar, GI angle bar, GI strip/coil.


We own a trading company. This company covers most kinds of the steel products, like the steel rebar, wire rod coils, PPGI, CGCC, square bar, steel billet, corrugated sheet ect.

2. Q: How about the trade terms?

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF will be accepted.

3. Q: How about your payment term?

A: Usually, 30% TT in advance, 70% TT balance against the copy of BL OR 70% LC balance at sight OR 100% LC at sight.

4. Q: What is your MOQ?

A: For steel flat bar, usually 2~3 tons. Then the land transport, the port handling chanrges, and the sea freight will be higher. So suggest you load 25 tons in 20' container at least.

5. Q: How do your guarabtee the quality of your product?

A: We have professional inspectors to analyze chemical composition of the raw materials and test the dinished products strictly according to standard stipulated in the contract. In this process, two ends appearance, bending degree, fixed length ect, will be checked one by one. You can assured that all the products you get from us are reliable.

6. Q: What is your delivery time?

A: For stocks, we can send the goods to loading port within 7 days after receiving your deposit.

For production period, it usually about 15 days ~ 30 days after receiving the deposit.

7. Q: Can you provide samples for checking before order?

A: Yes, we will offer you free samples.

8. Q: Where did you export?

A: We have exported and are exporting Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, South Africa, South America Middle East ect.
